Internal Finishings
Opposite are examples of Queens Cross Housing Association, Glasgow stock which we have removed and replaced with Janex, Norway windows.
The previous window was a pivot style with single glazing. We replaced this stock with factory finished, double glazed canopy style windows. This improves insulation for both heat and sound
The average house with 4-6 windows can be completed within one day including all primed mdf finishings fitted and exterior polysulphide sealant applied. Thus providing the least amount of disruption to any tenants.
The final decoration is left to the tenant with an allowance that is provided by the association. All work is finished to the high standard expected of A & J Ralston.
